How can I return a product?

It’s a very simple procedure. At Whitefit we want this procedure to be as easy and quick as possible so that it does not influence your shopping experience.
The second step is to wrap the garment in the box or bag in which you received the product.
You will receive a call from the shipping company to set up the time when your package will be collected. They will send you a form with the shipping details that you must place on the top of the package.
We will receive the garments two or three working days after the shipment has been done. We will check if the product meets The return policies.
If everything is correct, your new order will be shipped or you will be refunded.
How do you get a refund?
The money is returned once the product has been verified. The refund is done via the same platform through which the payment has been made and may take up to 30 days after we receive the product.
- A return can be made within 30 days after acquiring the garment.
- The garments must not have been used or washed.
- The garments must have the purchase ticket.
- The garments state will be checked to see if they meet the return policy.
- The first return or exchange is free.
